Since I started my Master in Data Science at Telecom Paris, I created a blog: https://maelfabien.github.io/
I discovered an obsessional aspect of my personality. When I start something, I want to get to the end of it. What if I published a blog article for most of the Machine Learning algorithms out there? Talked about speech, language, vision, etc.? And documented every project I could think of?
This led me to publish over 250 blog articles. These articles were collectively seen over 1 million times. Some of these articles included videos that ended being seen by over 30k people, like this one:
I'm less active on this blog now that this side quest of talking about the majority of the foundations of Machine Learning was sort of reached :)
This side hustle (that still took over 10h/w) also took off on Medium.com, and some articles became quite popular. I learned to write, to illustrate, to break down complex stuff into simple concepts. Here's an example of an article I was quite happy with:

I ended up joining the editorial team at Towards Data Science that many of you might know and review articules before they get published.
